1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Road Rorged is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
